César DeLeön Ramîrez grew up between inner city New York City and the island of Puerto Rico amidst hairspray and rollers in his family’s hair salon. An artistic maverick, Cesar was determined to carve a long lasting space for himself within the beauty and fashion world early on. Cesar assisted and trained with top stylists, including Ruth Roche, Jo Blackwell-Preston, Orlando Pita, Julien d’Ys and Guido Palau. While training at Dop Dop salon in 2001 he began to building his portfolio, After landing his first celebrity, Elizabeth Berkley then Cassie, the rest followed, filling Cesar’s book with accomplished and well-known figures. Cesar is most known today for his work on celebrities including Ciara, Christina Aguilera, Normani, Beyonce, Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Arianna Grande, Jennifer Lopez, Demi Lovato, Jennifer Hudson, Mariah Carey, Kehlani, Russell Wilson, Becky G, Laverne Cox, Erika Jayne, Solange, Rita Ora and many more.
Now 24 years in the industry, his looks have been seen on TV shows like The X-Factor, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Ellen, So You Think You Can Dance, RuPaul's Drag Race, America’s Most Musical Family and so many more. Beyond his celebrity work, Cesar has collaborated extensively with a myriad of high-end brands. Cesar has been recognized by the industry’s leading media outlets, where he has earned “Best Hair” for his work on red carpets like The Met Gala for several seasons. Some career highlights include achieving the position of Creative Director at Dop Dop Salon in NYC, Global Artistic Director for L’Oreal ’s multi-texture brand Mizani, winner of the Stacy Morris Hair Styling award at the 2020 Hollywood Beauty Awards , became the Brand Ambassador for the brand John Paul Mitchell and he’s even co-created his own progressive lifestyle beauty brand celebrating hair pieces, wigs, accessories and more called, WILDFORM.
